We are a Christ-centered faith community committed to Jesus, His Word, and people through loving Jesus, serving people, and making disciples.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that Jesus plus nothing else makes us rightly related before and with a holy God. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6
We believe that God’s revelation to us is in the Bible, God’s Holy Word. We believe that the Bible is relevant, active, alive, complete, and without error. The Bible reveals the gospel to us and it is the power of God unto salvation. Romans 1:16
We believe that Jesus, though His word, teaches us to take the gospel to all peoples of all nations, teaching them to obey His commands. Matthew 28:18-20
OUR PASTOR
Joey Tucker is the lead pastor at Mosaic Church. He and his wife Heather have two sons: Rhett and Luke.
Why Mosaic?
Mosaics are formed when an artist places pieces of broken glass, stone, and tile together in order to achieve a work of art. The Bible states clearly that all of humanity is broken due to sin (Romans 3:23). There is no part of life that sin does not affect. Scripture teaches that Christ is the only hope for our broken lives (Ephesians 1:7). He alone can save, heal, restore, and bring about great beauty from our broken pieces (Ephesians 2:10). As Christ redeems us and restores us to Himself, He places us in a new family, the family of God.
At Mosaic, we desire to reach broken people with the hope of Christ. We desire to be a diverse group of people from all walks of life, people of all ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, races, and nations. Together our lives become a work of art under the artful hands of almighty God.
